Does this sound like lyme's?

Last Sept i had a little bout that felt like a cold or flu coming on but it really never developed into anything. Couple weeks later i felt really run down, was having bad dizzy spells so i went to the doctor. They told me it was sinus problems, told me to use a saline spray, take antibiotics and it would just go away. It lasted a month maybe, off and on, went back a second time and they wanted to do cat scan. I dont have any insurance so i decided to just wait it out and see what would happen.

about a week after that visit the diziness went away, itarted to feel better but i started getting chest pain. It started lower left, would move into the middle of my breastbone then to the right. I cant really describe the pain, it was kind of sharp would come and go. I figured it was from Gerd which ive suffered from off and on for years. Then i started noticing random wierd leg pain, like they were really tired and almost tingly at times. Ive had abdominal pain that moves around from lower right to each side of navel to lower left. Groin pain that comes and goes, hip and knees just ache sometimes. Sore throat that comes and goes with swollen glands. Last few weeks a stiff neck that progressively seems to be getting worse. It starts on sides around collar bone and extends in behind ears.

Also im 29 yr old male normal wieght, work construction so im fairly active. Dr has me on protonix for gerd which i guess deep down i was hoping was the cause of this. Im just tired of feeling run down and like im in a fog all the time and would like some advice on if this could be it or not. Live in the country and im constantly outside so its very possible i could have got bite and never realized it.

I am sorry you have been feeling so crummy. Lyme disease symptoms typically wax, wane, and migrate around the body.

Below is a Lyme symptom list. You can have any combination of symptoms.

Unexplained fevers, sweats, chills, or flushing
Unexplained weight change--loss or gain
Fatigue, tiredness, poor stamina
Unexplained hair loss
Swollen glands
Sore throat
Testicular pain/pelvic pain
Unexplained menstrual irregularity
Unexplained milk production: breast pain
Irritable bladder or bladder dysfunction
Sexual dysfunction or loss of libido
Upset stomach
Change in bowel function-constipation, diarrhea
Chest pain or rib soreness
Shortness of breath, cough
Heart palpitations, pulse skips, heart block
Any history of a heart murmur or valve prolapse?
Joint pain or swelling
Stiffness of the joints, neck, or back
Muscle pain or cramps
Twitching of the face or other muscles
Headache
Neck creeks and cracks, neck stiffness, neck pain
Tingling, numbness, burning or stabbing sensations, shooting pains
Facial paralysis (Bell's Palsy)
Eyes/Vision: double, blurry, increased floaters, light sensitivity
Ears/Hearing: buzzing, ringing, ear pain, sound sensitivity

When Lyme disease is a possibility, it is very important to see a knowledgeable doctor. Many doctors do not understand Lyme and treat with outdated protocols. No test is completely reliable, and results can vary by lab. Besides Lyme, ticks can also transmit several co-infections including Babesiosis, two types of Ehrlichiosis (HME & HGE), Bartonella, and Mycoplasma. Many people who have Lyme are co-infected.
