cinnamon. It balances the body's sugar levels. Takes it down if too high and brings it up, if too low. I think it's safe for people with diabetes, but they may have to adjust their medications. Check with doctors, of course.
I don't understand your saying that glucose is not sugar. I thought it was a very simple form of sugar.
