for those who follow the candida diet, do you eat yogurt? (i have a list that says organic low fat but on other lists yogurt was not listed)

I eat sugar free frozen yogurt about 3 times a week. Its my only dessert. Not regular yogurt though. I take diflucan for the candida yeast.
