Bumping this up because it is important. Saunas are good for detoxing and getting those nasty toxins out of the body.

I went to a steam room at my gym. Results were great!

Good for clearing the sinuses and whatever else ails ya!

I saw that they sell some for bigger people. I wonder what the weight limit is? How would I find out?
