updated lab work - c-reactive protein still high and bands 66 and 41 - are they lyme specific?

Wondering if anyone can help me?  New lab work after three months of antibiotics shows IGG bands 41 and 66. Original blood work three years ago showed only 39, 41 and one other which caused a three year delay in diagnosies.  Does this blood work still show lyme infection or will some bands always lite up once you have had it?  Also, c-reactive protein is still high.  Was also dismissed by original dr. three years ago.  Does this "just" indicate inflammation or it is crucial to be within recommended limits.  Thanks so much.
