Strange feeling on side of neck

It almost feels like my jaw bone(by my ear) is rubbing against the muscle in my neck. Like it can get locked like that, but doesnt. And of course as always, worse when I herx and lying down at night.

This is a hard one to explain. Only happens on my left side. That is the side I have all of my neuro symptoms. Except the face twitching...that is all over.

I also have most of my symptoms on my left side which is the side I was bitten on last. Lyme affects the jaw and TMJ muscles big time. That is a common complaint. In addition anything with the neck is another problem I have had for years.

Funny that is the side I was bit, too. Never thought of that til you said something. Thanks. These symptoms are so hard to explain aren't they?
