Actos/Welchol

Has anyone ever taken Actos/Welchol to help with removing toxins? The PA gave me a prescription for both and told me to give it a try. I'm just too tired to do a search on it right now.

I was given actos a few years ago by my first LLMD. Although it is mainly a medicine to treat diabetes, he hoped it would prepare me to take colostramine for detoxing. I didn't have to take more than a few days of it as I remember.

Thanks Minerals. Did you have any side effects or does it increase herxing? I think I need to start with the Actos and then add Welchol, or possibly vice versa. I don't have enough energy to get up and look for the instructions right now. lol

I remember no bad effects from it.
