Good Multi-Vitamin?

Can anyone recommend a goof multi-vitamin? I'm not on one and would like to start. Thanks

The only muti I have not gotten problems from is a systemic one that releases throughout the day I get it from the health food store. The ones that give all the vitamins at once bother my digestion. And be sure they are yeast free.

I take Every Woman 2 by New Chapter. It's expensive, but I need it. I tried another good but less expensive brand and I kept getting hot flashes and headaches so went back to the New Chapter. I get them from the health food store.

I take the generic drug store variety, but after reading this thread I'm going to make a change.
Thanks for the suggestions and for telling why you use the ones you do.

Had no idea it mattered as much as it does.

Monica, I use Super 2 by Carlson, I buy all my supps from iherb online almost 1/2 the price that I was paying at my local health food store.
