And it feels amazing!! It is 12:30 am, and I am not up because of insomnia, I am up because I just am not tired 24/7 anymore! And I can think. And I do not hurt all the time. And I am not depressed. Yes!!!!!! In March I had all but given up ever feeling like me again. Three summers ago I could barely walk. In this last month, I painted my bedroom, helped install a hardwood floor, moved furniture, mowed the grass at least once a week, played "Rock Band" with my daughter, gardened, weeded, emptied the dehumdifier (could not lift the water thingy the last couple of years), vacuumed the pool, washed the car and the mini-van, trimmed the bushes, shampooed the carpet, washed the kitchen floor etc. etc. and just plain old felt like me for the first time in a very long time!!! You really can get better from this. Really, really REALLY!!! Now it is time to get a super neglected house back in some kind of order. I can actually push the vacuum again! There really is hope!!

I actually went to bed around 2am and was up by 8am and am not tired! I like being able to think. I like not crying. I like not feeling overwhelmed by everything all the time. And it can only get better as my body continues to recover.

"hey ttlittlestar how were you dagnosed?? what treatments are you on right now??"
I was bit over 2 years ago. Got a tiny bulleyes rash after I removed the tick so went to the regular dr. he put me on Doxy for 3 weeks. Lyme test came back negative so that was that. By the summer, I was having trouble walking and thinking. But since the test was negative, figured I hurt my knees going up and down the stairs working and was just tired so that explained the brain fog as far as I was concerned. A friend kept saying I had Lyme and I kept saying no--the test was negative. A few weeks later, I was shooting a wedding and was putting my stuff away and I could not get myself off the floor. I finally made an appointment to see an LLMD. I could barely walk at this point and was really losing my mind fast. Turns out I was in pretty bad shape. This time, one lab found 2 positive bands and another lab found 3. The antibiotics only worked somewhat. I got much better, but still fogged and tired and a depressed wreck. The first thing that made be feel a lot better was a portable infrared sauna. Got a new one off of ebay for under $200. So worth it!!

I also have been going for massages to remove toxins. There is a massage school in our town and the massages are $35 for an hour. I started the Zhang herbs a couple of months ago. No more antibiotics. And my mind is clearing and my energy levels are returning and my mood is better. The difference is amazing!!! I also drink lots of water with lemon or lime to help alkalize my body. Disease LOVES an acid body. You can look for lists online of foods that alkalize your body, which are good, versus foods that make your body acid, which are very very bad. Soda is one of the worst things you could drink. I have a rife machine now too to add to my Lyme arsenal. I take magnesium too since Lyme depletes your body of magnesium. And magnesium deficiency symptoms are a lot like Lyme.
