Help me decide if I am herxing or...

just having lyme reactions/symptoms.

The pinky on my left hand is swollen and killing me. Right now I have it wrapped in a lidoderm patch.
I feel somewhat feverish.
I didn't take my Lyrica this morning so I would have a fully clear head for one day...had to wind up taking it this afternoon the pain got so bad in my shoulders, hips and legs.

Since I found this forum, I have been doing ACV, lots of lemon water, eating more fish and eggs and salads. No sugar. Been taking things that Dr. Burasscano recommened. Haven't done any anx in a while.
I took an epsom salt bath yesterday morning.

I want to think this is herxing, but will just doing the above mentioned things cause such a herx reaction?

I feel like crap, but I feel better. Am I making sense?

You haven't been taking ABX? Have you been taking any herbal protocol? If not I do not believe there is anything in your system to kill the bacteria so you would not be herxing. I use 1250 mg TOA free cat's claw for lyme and 1000mg grapefruit seed extract for the cyst form. You have to work up to that amount. But if you are really sick you might need abx to get the disease under control. I hope you feel better soon. I am not sure what you can take for the pain. The ACV is a good idea.
