Hey everyone! I'm so glad the forums are back up and running! I was practically lost for two days, lol. How is everyone doing/feeling?
P.S.- I missed you guys!

Hi CajunGrl, how is your treatment with the picc line coming?
I've just had my fifth rocephin IV treatment. I'm feeling a little better, but worried about
my GI tract holding up through at least seven more.

Hey Caldonia,
I haven't started the IV yet. I still have to do 4 weeks of Levaquin first. I've been putting it off because I need to do some bloodwork and get an ultra sound done of my liver first, and I have to be able to function. The Levaquin will knock me off of my feet. So, after the Levaquin is done, then I start the IV. Confusing, lol.
I'm glad you are feeling better. Is Rocephin messing up your GI tract?

GI tract is on the edge, but ok, so far. I am taking so many supplements (vitamins, herbs and samento) plus oral ceftin and nystatin, so I'm not sure what causes what. :) Also, I am on a strict diet with no white flour, sugar or caffeine. I can feel the rocephin in my gut the days of treatment.
