Sudden Psoriasis on hand

I very suddenly have gotten psoriasis on the back of my right hand. Is this a new symptom or maybe an allergy? I hope it does not spread! Does anyone else have this? I have been taking a joint supplement with shrimp and shark cartiledge and am quitting it today. Any other ideas?

Hey nefferdun,

I'm wondering if it's not just an allergic reaction to whatever you said you were taking? Is it scaley and itchy? Cleaning chemicals can do that too. Maybe try some hydrocortisone(just a very thin layer), and see if it helps.
