I noticed in Dr .Burrascano's notes that he recommends higher dosages on a couple of things than I actually take, so I wanted to put my entire list here and see if any others in my plan are below an effective dose.
Morning:
Centrum Performance 1 tablet
Co-Q10. I had been taking 1 50mg but Burrascano's notes suggest 300 or 400 so I guess this has to go up
Fish body oil: 1 gelcap 1000mg
Iflora(probiotic)- 1 tablet
AG immune: 1 capsule which has 300 mg arabinogalactan, 100 mg Ai/E10 whey extract, 50 mg astralagus root, 50 mg maitake
1 liquid lecithin capsule 400mg
2 tablets of triphala 2g mix
Mid-day:
1 capsule that includes 240mg maitake, 180 mg reishi, 180 mg shiitake
cayenne, 1 capsule of 455 mg
milk thistle 1 capsule 175 mg
quercetin 1 500mg
cat's claw: 1 500mg
Evening:
turmeric 1 300mg
flax seed oil 1 1000mg
alpha lipoic acid: i had been taking 1 100mg but the notes say more like 300 so upping that
L-carnitine 1 500 mg
rhodiola 1 340mg
echinacea/goldenseal: 1 cap including 250mg echinacea 250 mg goldenseal
I also use Beta glucan and aloe, but I've run out until I can buy more. I was using 1 25mg gelcap of aloe and 1 30mg capsule of beta glucan.
As you can see I'll increase alpha lipoic acid and co q 10, but is anyone familiar enough to see that I'm not using enough of anything else? Feel free to suggest additional supplements too.
