I brought my two girls to get theirs too. Every year at my mother-in-laws house for Christmas, someone has the flu and I just wasn't going to chance getting it. They are all healthy so I don't know why they don't go out and get the flu shot! Grrrrrr!
Anyway, about two hours later, I started feeling a little achey and I had the chills but I wasn't sure if it was the shot or Lyme symptoms. It felt a little different though. I told my husband but he didn't think I would be feeling bad that fast so I blew it off.
Well, my oldest daughter calls and askes me if I feel bad because she is feeling achey too!! I guess it was the shot after all and that's the first time I feel like that. My arm was little sore too BUT I'm better today. I feel like myself again and I'm still glad I got it. I used to get the flu every year and one year it lasted almost two weeks. I was miserable and I could barely get out of bed. I rather have a "mild" touch of the flu than two weeks worth! Blah! I hated those days.
