Hi All,

Looking for anyone's experience, good or bad with CS.  What do your doctors say about it, is it worth looking into?  Thanks, KO

I've heard really good things about it. It's supposed to "act" like and antibiotic. I will be trying it in a few months with this natural protocol I'm doing until my liver enzymes get back to normal.

I tried it for a few months when I was really sick and didn't notice a difference. Antibiotics gave me my life back.

My liver can't tolerate antibiotics right now so sometimes we have to find other ways to treat.

I did feel better on antibiotics but my liver didn't.

CajunGrl,  Did you have to stop the Rocephin, or did you finish it before you started the liver problems?  Are you still seeing Dr. C?  What does he have planned for you until you can resume taking abx?  Take Care, KO

I didn't even make it to the Rocephin. I had just started treating for Bartonella. Yes, I'm still gonna see him but he wants my liver enzymes to go down first. My thyroid and vitamin D were low as well so he wanted me to tend to that too.

I started a liver cleanse but got real sick and this past week, I've been too weak and in pain to start the cleanse again. I'm waiting to start again when my body can handle it. I just feel like my body is too weak right now.

I have been looking into trying it, but the good brands seem expensive. My husband wants to buy a machine that makes your own. But I use to deliver food to the guy that was on Oprah that turned completely blue from drinking homade stuff everydyay. He still drinks it and says it makes him feel great even though he's blue now. He moved away and I know longer see him. I would love to talk to him about it but he met a woman and moved away to get married even good men come in blue, just kidding.

Oprah was suppose to do a follow up show on him but I have never seen it. Dr Oz was worried that he had way over done it but from what they could tell he was perfectly healthy just blue.
