cookies, cake, snacks, cereals, you name it so it's really gonna be hard.
Cindy, wondering if you have any suggestions??? I am not big on fruit and LOVE my vitamin water. Wondering if I can still have that. Had no problem giving up the alcohol but the sugar is gonna be really rough. Who knows maybe I'll shed one of the 40 lbs I put on through this nightmare and wake up skinny. LOL - good one huh?
