This guy really new alot. I couldn't believe it. He even knew a few things about
Lyme Disease. I was amazed. He suggested I get a protein powder with low carbs because of Lyme visease and me not being able to exercise right now and also suggested I take some green powdered vegetable supplements with it. He says that it will help with my energy and that I should notice a difference in a week. I find that hard to believe since I've basically tried just about
everything for energy, but.......we will see. It is worth a shot.

Hope it helps you CG. I used to drink Goji berry juice, that is also a good one to take and tastes good also. Helps with fatigue and immunity. D

I have two green powders Jarrow formulas yaeyama chlorella and nutrex spirulina pacifica vegetarian formula. I like to switch between them. They do help me when I take them.

I also like two green powders. The ones I use are Swanson GreenFoods Green Max Powder (only 5g of carb.), and Vibrant Health Field of Greens Version 1 (4g carb.) They're both really good and are full of nutrition. I mix them with almond milk or hemp milk (both unsweetened). Yum!
Yogamom - I will have to try the ones you mention.

Well, I mixed it up yesterday and it didn't taste good at all. It tasted like cardboard with banana on top, lol. My mom suggested milk powder but I haven't tried it yet. I need to get it tasting good because I spent $30.00 on the canister!
Rose- How have you been? It's nice to see you again. I may have to try the almond milk. Is it fattening? I'm trying to get my health straight and lose some weight too. I've already lost 4 pounds!
