I've read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grapefruit_seed_extract

but can everyone please post their experience with GSE, and for what purposes they used GSE and how they consumed it, (whether in food, or OTC tabs etc). I am thinking of starting this, but would like to know the ideal way to buy it and consume it. I want to get rid of candida.

I just picked up nyastatin from the pharmacy and am starting that for candida,
The GSE I have taken also for that in combination and also i think it comes in liquid but I
can't even remember why I took it but it helps clean me out , I remember.

My doctor gave me also
caprylic acid andBerberine (golden seal) for candida, fungal , yeast , antibacterial.

so all 3 things he gave me after getting my stool tests back and the candida is way too high.

i know I have this problem for years but never took a hard core dose to fight it like this.

He referred me to this fungusfocus.com site to get the berberine and caprylic acid.

and I am still slamming the coffee enemas.

so for candida I will be taking (sooon as it arrvies)
the Berberine Natures herbs 500mg
the caprylic acid Natures herbs 350 mg
and the Nyastatin from pharmacy

maybe now this will knock out the yeast and no more sugar

is sugar bad for candida? or is no sugar policy for the lyme?

Yes, sugar is bad for candida. Sugar feeds the beast. It's best to lay off sugar while on lyme treatment.

Peppe!!! sugar IS candida !!!!!!!! you don't have to have lyme to create candida and sugar makes it go wild.

I just did my first swish of this nyastatin today and NOW my mouth is sore inside.

not sure but I think it comes in a squirt bottle and you squirt it into water
