I ate cous cous and skipped my probiotics.
I am running low on rest and super stressed and disabling pain in knee. i hate this life.

I understand - don't give up. It's this long winter. Remember tomorrow is another day.

Hang in there, pepphel!!
A lot of us have those days. What I try to keep in mind is that in a day or so things will usually change. Just realize that your body is struggling, so you will have the good, bad & ugly days. Sleep whenever you can during those not-so-good days - they go by a little easier.
And, as Ginnia said, Tomorrow is another day.
Just try to treat your body as best as you can.

I totally agree this part of our life is no fun and just when ya think it can't get any worse it does.
Just the same as when I think it wont get any better it does. Its a day by day struggle, but rest is
the best thing for you on those not so great days, like traveler said.
Keep up the fight, it will get better. It's a very long process to heal what lyme has done to an immune system
