Hi Deerprocessor!
Welcome to the HW Lyme forum! I am sorry you feel the need to search us out, but you've come to a good place. May I suggest that if you haven't already read the thread at the top of the forum "New to Lyme? Start here" that you do so??? It is full of all kinds of info & it really doesn't take long to read the whole thing. Have you been diagnosed with a tick-born illness or do you just suspect that you are dealing with them? Are you living with any other conditions?
As to your question about
the bumps - could you describe what they look like a little better? I get some very small, 'pinpoint' type of bump that is red & it usually feels as if something is biting me - only mine can appear anywhere on my trunk. They usually are gone after several hours with no ill effects.

Yes, I have been diagnosed with Lyme disease. I went to a Dr. who specializes in Lyme Disease in Mobile, Al. I have been sick for approxiamtely 2 or 3 years going to one dr. after another having this test and that test done. My wife finally convinced me to go to this dr. in Mobile. The bumps I have look like little pimples, it is always one or two, they itch, sting, and feel as if a pin is sticking. They usually last one day to a couple of days. Sometimes the bumps are around the waist line, when this occurs, it feels as if something is crawling on my skin. When all of this occurs, I get terrible pain deep in my hip with stinging and tingling on the backs of my legs. I have brain fog, ears ringing, hoarseness, stabbing pains in different parts of my body. I have been on azithromycin 250mg 2 times a day and flagyl 250mg 2 times a day and diflucan 1 day a week. I started this medication 3 weeks ago. I felt horrible the first week. Then the next week and half was pretty good, then the bad feelings have returned.

I've never had that but I wonder if it's toxins coming out of the skin. Has your doctor seen it yet?
