does anyone know if there is a specific look to peoples leggs when they get lme?

How do the knees look after years of lyme disease?

around the knees and then the legs below the knees.

does anyone's knees become more like knock kneed. ( knees going in touching each other)

is the legs from knees down very skinny.
like straight sticks.

are the legs below the knees swollen but really shape like baseball bat?

My knees hurt sooooooooooooooooooo bad i don't know where the wrap is. I am just in a complainin mood but I get so sick of pain, been sick since sunday just today earier washed all that sweat and grime from me even tho I dreaded the effort. I put some vanilla stuff on I smell so good except probably this greasy hair, now if my genie would just change the sheets.

lotst all mine already. but i just lost 15 lbs
unexplainably . could be from going off prednisone
but I am still on 20 to 40 mg cortizone.

I am wondering if it is heparin blood thinner.

but now I am normal weight. 129lbs 5' 6"

Hey bucci - I'm in my mid 50s, have all my teeth and intend to keep them, don't know about the thick blood, and have finally gotten back up to 120 lbs after a 6 month struggle hovering at 110; I'm 5'8" tall - so puffiness is definitely not an issue with excess weight. I was wondering if there is something about Lyme and/or coinfections that could be causing it.

I never looked at my legs, should I look now?  Ha, ha, ha!   I think they look normal whatever normal is supposed to look like.  I have long skinny legs..  In fact I am all legs..  I'm just a head and legs with a very short body...  :)

When I was sick with lyme, my doctor told me I had permanent knee damage but he turned out to be wrong, whewwwww!    Hmmm, all I remember is that my legs hurt the most when I was sick, really hurt, felt like over 100 tiny knives inside..   Then I couldn't walk, I was using crutches or crawling...

Bucci, what do models do?  Do they really pull out their back teeth?  Wow!  I never heard of that before, LOL!

So I just got back from the doctor's office about the chronic painful bruises on my left leg and he said it's phlebitis.  I kind of freaked out since I know two people who died from that, but he said this is different - lesser veins.  Hmmm.  He had no helpful hints re what I could do to help healing and/or avoid this in the future and sent me home with a topical anti-inflammatory gel.  I was wondering if this is part of "Lyme legs."
