Only after having an episode of raynauds where my palm turned black last week and a visit to the dr. resulted in a magnesium shot, have I been researching magnesium deficiency which is common with lyme. Some of the most common sympoms include back and neck pain, muscle spasms, anxiety, panic, depression, spasic vessels (hence the raynaud), eye twitches, migraines, etc., etc., etc. I have increased my magnesium supplments substantially and noticed a sigificant decrease in symptoms. Is it coincidence? I don't know but it's worth a shot. If you get diarrhea, you know you taking too much.
