Does IGeneX test results come to you in the mail?

The secretary said it will come in the mail to me and also the dr office. Is this correct?

My doctor got the results and I got the paperwork that's to be submitted to the insurance company in the mail. The doctor gave me a copy of the results. I'm assuming that's how it's done????

Thanks, I did get the receipt to send to the insurance company but didn't know if they would send the actual results. The dr. office did say if I didn't get them they would fax them to me.
BTW-did your insurance ever pay you anything back?

IgenX would not send me the test results. They told me the results had to go to my doctor. However I talked to someone who told me she didn't have a doctor's order - she just went to IgenX and asked for the tests, and they did them and sent the results directly to her. I'm not sure how to make that happen, but apparently it is possible.
