lightheadedness?? Help!

i have been having dizzy spells really bad now for almost a week. When I get them it automatically brings on a panic attack. BP is 94/73 pulse 76. It is not contributed to eating cause I am eating and drinking plenty and still it is bad. Is there anything I can do for this. I have been in bed and try to get up and walk but they come on real strong....I think it is more lightheadness than dizziness. I stopped all antibiotics almost 3 weeks ago cause they were to strong for my gi. Dr is going to arrane having them done through the iV has they dont give me stomach issues that way, just some nausea.

Do you know what causes this??? Anyone? And what can be done?

My fatigue is so bad and feeel so weak as well. DX with lyme almost 3 months ago and was treated in AZ for 2 months. Came home, and feel bad and back in bed.

I've actually been doing a little bit of reading on this recently. It sounds like you are dealing with orthostatic hypotension possibly. Here is a link to the "Merk Manual" & what they have to say about orthostatic hypotension;

There's actually a ton of info on this on the internet, just 'google' Orthostatic Hypotension & you will get a better understanding of what is happening.

I have read in many places that this is fairly common for people with tick-born illnesses, but I don't recall what was said about what to do about it. I would heavily suggest you talk to your LLMD about this!!!
