Tick bite?

Anyone ever see a tick bit that looks like this?

I've been having some lyme symptoms over the past 3 weeks, and though I've gotten tested twice (both came back negative)

For the record, I do live in a high risk area of PA, and go outdoors a lot.

That's sort of looks like what my tick bite looked like. I didn't have a classic bull's eye. I had another bite earlier this summer that looked similar, but I don't think it was a tick, maybe a spider?

Please, please don't rely on the tests. I worry because you are having the symptoms of lyme right now. Rashs can be different for everyone. One son got the classic rash and the other son's rash was more like yours. More than likely, if it is lyme, the bacteria is probably still free floating at this stage and has not gone into the tissues and may be killed with at least 6 weeks of doxycycline. As much as I hate taking antibiotics and if I were in your situation I would take them in a heartbeat!

this is what my "spider bite" looked like....this was a year ago. i did get sick initially and took 10 days worth of abx. thought i was fine then 2 months ago stared having a tons of symptoms. still waiting on the lyme dx.
