Doxy vs. other drugs

I have been on a Doxy combination for maybe 3 weeks now and I don't think it's working as well as my last combination of Cipro & Amoxicillin.  Has anybody else had the experience of having to change from Doxy because it wasn't effective?  I don't think what I'm feeling is a herx; it feels more like I felt before I started on anything...fatigue, weakness, and a feeling of general unwellness.  Wanted opinions before I approached my LLMD-in-training.  Thanks all.

Thanks, Trav. You must have talked to my LLMD-in-training because he said basically the same thing. Bottom line, the answer was NO...not for another month or so. I'll focus on detox....
