Igenex WB results finally came in

Please can someone give me their take on them. I can't even get to talk to LLMD Dr for 3 weeks, (hope he gets a cancellation)

Can't understand the co-infections part to even post.

Positive for mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae, EBV and CD57 is 38

Some doctors believe if band 18 is positive, no other positive bands are needed to diagnose, because they believe that band 18 is very specific to Lyme. Band 18 was my strongest band on the IgM (3+'s). You also have other positive bands that are Lyme specific. I can't diagnose you because I'm not a doctor, but these results are very significant and it is good that you have an appointment coming up with an LLMD.

Thanks Razzle, managed to move my appointment forward to two weeks and asked for any cancellations. I am on Doxy and various supplements but after 5 years of hell I want to get moving on this asap.

Hi Susie,

Dr K will definately consider this a positive test. It is pretty close to mine actually. Dr H from Igenex and Dr K both indicated to me that if you have a + 83-93, that it has been around long enough to possibly be in cystic form.

Jeff, how long did you have symptoms before you were diagnosed? Also did you get the Lyme in FL or elsewhere?

My symptoms that really made me realize that something was up started in May 2010 and I was diagnosed in late June 2010. I had some problems in the past few years that can probably be attributed to the Lyme that I never got answers to. I had my positive bloodwork prior to going to Dr K that I seeked out on my own through Igenex. My Wife and my 4 year old son also have it. We were all born in Orlando and really haven't left much, so we must have got it here. No known bites, or rash.
