STRICKER PANEL - lyme normal?

My LLMD's office just called and told me that the Dr. ran the Stricker panel and the lyme was normal but the erlichosis is still coming in high.  So she is putting me on Doryx (which is I believe a slow release doxy).  So I will now be on 3 antibiotics!  I believe this is the CD-57 test right?  However, isn't it true that the CD-57 can be unreliable with lyme (especially with bartonella)?  I have had it before and it was normal for lyme then  as well.  Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience.  Or could it be the erlichosis causing alot of the symptoms?

I thought Stricker Panel was only a CD-57 test, and not a Lyme test...? I know some doctors claim a low CD-57 means one has Lyme, but when coinfections can render this number inaccurate, how can one tell one has Lyme if one also has coinfections based solely on the CD-57 result? Example: there are those with Lyme & coinfections who have an extremely high CD-57 count but are not in remission from Lyme/coinfections...

I'll wait and see what the results say - I expect them in the mail in a day or so. Perhaps she ran a Stricker panel AND Erlichosis and lyme. Maybe I misunderstood. I'll post when I get results. Thanks.
