Anyone with these symptoms?

I was clinically diagnosed with lyme a year ago and responded well to antibiotic treatment but have been off all  lyme meds for about 6 months now and am experiencing the following:  clicking noise in right ear, severe toe spasms, muscle aches, and creaks in my neck with pain shooting down each side of the front part of my neck.  I was on biaxin for nearly 6 months and also treated for co infection of babesiosis.  Is it possible I wasn't totally cured?  Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone?  None of my doctors have an explanation for the cramping of my left foot.  It is very painful.  Anyone else out there with this??

I am still being treated but when I had horrible foot cramps I started taking potassium which really helped. 6 months is not very long but everyone and every case is different.
