the evidence behind the efficacy of ozone water is spotty at best + whatever amounts you're getting through your device is way too little to have much effect on anything. still you are getting some benefit so it may be working for you but through some other capacity.

Love my ozone water!

It’s been used as effective treatment for a long time.
Very effective. Much more administered in Europe than here in America.

yup know all about it and many who've used it. efficacy has been quite spotty given the amounts you can get through a residential device. still its working for you so keep at it!

Has anyone gone to see Dr mincoff in Clearwater? I’ve watched his videos and testimonies of some of his patients and it seems he’s been successful in treating Lymes using ozone therapy.

I'm not sure if he is a LLMD - but wanted to be on the safe side.

I did 25 sessions of IV ozone over the course of about 10 months. I helped me while I was doing it, but I don't know how lasting the effects were for me. I did have pretty bad herxes at first, so I know it was killing stuff. And I do thoroughly believe that if I could afford to do it again that it would help me a ton. But I ran out of money and decided to prioritize money in other places. I don't know if ozone alone could have brought me to remission. But I did enjoy it while I was able to afford it. One of my doctors could not tell me a "safe" number of sessions to have, and the one doing it didn't care. She just wanted the money. So I'm not able to tell you what is the recommended number of times to do it. Some people say 20, but it's incredibly expensive. Let me know if you have any other questions.
