Husband got positive Igenex!

After a long rough month, we have finally received the Igenex results and they are positive.  Elisa was equivocal and IGM negative but IGG positive.  I knew it all along but every stupid doctor refused to believe me.  Luckily I was able to talk primary into starting doxy even though he believes it is a "weak" positive.  I wish I could go back to each and every doctor in the ER and hospital who told him he was crazy, that there was nothing wrong with him.  I am so glad we can now focus on getting him well.  Unfortunately that makes 3 out of 4 of us in the house now with lyme.  Unbelieveable.

Why wouldn't your husband have it, if you have had it? You knew it all along ....

So glad you have gotten confirmation for what you suspected and are getting some treatment for your husband.

Hope he feels better soon!

PS Running into the ER shouting Nannienannie nunu will get you a diagnosis you don't want!!! :-)

Do you have a LLMD that he will now see?
Interesting that he has antibodies indicating not the immediate response, but a later response (indicating the chronic phase), and it was the Benicar that triggered a reaction.
