Going off Doxy for a day

My pharmacy did not have any doxy yesterday and I was out of my prescription. They said they would have it today so I thought no biggie, I can go without it today. Well today I have the worst leg pain I have had in a long time. Leg pain has been a very bad symptom with me and I am wondering if this is just a coincidence or because of no doxy for 24 hours.

I just returned from the pharmacy with doxy and took a dose. Any thoughts?

My big symptom is also leg pain, and I am also on doxy, but so far it hasn't made a dent in it. I've missed an occasional dose here and there, and i haven't felt any different, except my herxing went down. (Though like I said, doxy hasn't helped my pain.)

what kind of pharmacy runs out of Doxy!!???

I can't remember how long you've been on abx, Wiseguy. If you've been on for a long time, one day shouldn't matter -- the doxy stays in your system. If you haven't been on long, don't worry, you'll catch right up again in no time.

Hope your pain goes away soon.

IKR, Rite Aid ran out! I have only been on for four weeks. My legs are stiff as boards and extremely painful. Maybe just a coincidence. ??
