We can add homemade flax bread to the fiber list too.
They say it is delicious. The Flax Bread is Grain Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free and low carbs.
I am making it tomorrow so we shall see. If that works then it will be adapted a pancake once in awhile.
