It's really been dawning on me lately that maybe there's something else, that missing piece that's gona get me better. I'm not sure what it is that may be working in conjuntion with Lyme maybe a deficiency,some other overlapping disorder that we may be missing. I don't know does anyone have anything like that they may know of or had. Ive just been so frustrated with the lack of progress.

Oh, I so know that feeling. When that happens I either add or take a break from supplements, improve my diet and detoxing, and either up or pull back on my exercise level. Making a change sometimes help. Sometimes just time does the trick!

Improvement does seem to come in fits and starts. The lulls are frustrating.

Now you have Bartonella, don't you? As I understand it, that can be tricky to get rid of. When you are rid of it, then the Lyme can be addressed.

Do you keep a journal? Or do you remember what you felt like before you got treatment? How do you feel in comparison now? Maybe you've come farther then you realize!

I agree with achieving grace. Keeping a journal is great help when you don't feel well enough to remember what was going on when. It really does take a while to notice a change. Are you on supplements? Remember that the body is huge with so many cells and organs and if you have had it long, it may be throughout your whole body. So I used to tell myself to imagine how long it would take to get the medication to each and every cell. For me, I really began to see a turnaround when I accepted the illness and put rest and healing first. My first approach of anger and aggression just wasn't getting me anywhere. I hope today is a good day for you!

Thanks guys again for your input. Yea we've been hitting the Bart hard for a few months now with rifampin zithro and a Bart.I'm not sure exactly how much progress was made honestly since the beginning I was keeping a journal but I've always been so darn forgetfull. The worst part really is my brain I feel like I'm in lala land a huge majority of the time. Well let's hope it at least starts to kick in soon!
