Can you give me your best detox methods? I'm currently taking 100mg of Doxy twice daily and a probiotic of 25 PPM. On my third day in and feeling achy and off.

Yes!! YOu need to be sure that you are drinking plenty of lemon water and dry skin brushing every day as well. Hang in there! It will get better! You can also try taking an antihistamine, that helps some people.

Lemon water and magnesium always helped me get through the herxes. Also be sure to rest often and go easy on yourself.
