Does anyone know if they have ever had this gene mutation come back in their blood work?- MTHFRC677t
and are positive ANA's at all correlated with Lyme?

I don't have the MTHFR C677T variant but I do have the MTHFR A1298C variant - essentially it means you need to take 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) instead of regular Folic Acid because the gene variant causes difficulty with converting from regular Folic Acid to 5-MTHF. This gene variant indicates a methylation challenge for you, meaning detoxification of Lyme toxins and herxing could be more severe unless you take steps to use alternative detoxing pathways (such as the skin -- so bath soaks, dry skin brushing, etc. are good) besides the liver and take certain supplements to support the correct function of the detox pathway in the liver (methylation cycle).
Lyme is known to cause an elevated ANA. Mine has been elevated at times, and my doctor and I think it is from Lyme in my case.
