Hi Broken,
Welcome! I'm an old timer who has been better for many years now and I do check this forum from time to time to see if I can help.
When I was sick with lyme I also could not walk, yep, I lost the use of my legs and I used to dance too (for fun). I had to either crawl or use crutches depending on the situation. I also fell down soooo much, not fun!
Anyway, what helped me was using alternative medicine and lots of detoxing! I found out it was all those toxins in my body causing pain, being able not to walk, brain fog, and the list goes on..
Believe me when someone told me to start detoxing I thought they were nuts! I said to myself "what in the world does detoxing have to do with lyme?" Made no sense to me.. But then I got desperate so I figured what did I have to lose? Well, I lost many toxins which in turn helped me get better..
I'm sure someone mentioned reading the sticky thread "New to Lyme? Start Here!" which has detoxing instructions. Those detox baths as well as foot baths (also the dry skin brushing) really make a difference.. Start off slow with warm water and drink water meanwhile your in the bath.. Maybe only stay in the bath for 10 minutes in warm water and slowly build up staying in the bath longer..
Those foot baths are great too! Be sure to dry skin brush your feet first.. Get rid of the toxins and you will start feeling better! I promise you that..
Here's an interesting article written by a fantastic doctor (he had lyme himself) about lyme and toxins:

Hope you feel better,
