I did this survey a few weeks ago I think...I suscribe to the CALDA thing on my Facebook and took it via that link. At least I am assuming this is the same survey!

Looks like this survey is only for the States. I live in Canada, the Dr's here use the same info.

There's some good things happening in your neck of the woods thought too! Conferences are being help to assess how wide spread the issue is and other things!! At least they are starting to make some forward movements!!
