Lyme challenge update

My Igenex lyme results were negative but had a couple of IND and was therefore questionable. My symptoms are minimal, mainly bladder related. I have had chronic bladder infections and increased frequency for about 3 years.

I have inflammation. This could be from my adrenals being out of whack. I've had insomonia but also a LOT of stress.

My LLND suggested I do the 3 wk abx challenge based on Igenex results. I did not get a die-off reaction to the herbals specifically for lyme, but I did to the Artemisinin. I added the latter in 10 days after the lyme sups. as the dr. was suspicious of babesia.

However, the Artemisinin is a broad spectrum anti-parasitic/anti-protozoa, and I do have the Fry bug (thought to be a protozoa) and also a protozoa with taxonomy unknown from the Metametrix stool test.

I asked the dr. if the die-off could be to the protozoa and not lyme, and she said it's possible.

So my question is that if I'm NOT having a reaction to the lyme sups., is that a good sign that it's not lyme that I'm dealing with, maybe only these protozoa? Another way to ask is "does one ALWAYS get a reaction when they start treating for lyme?"

I couldn't test positive to more than Band 41 for Lyme until I had completed a full year on 900 mgs of Minocycline. That was the last time I took abx though. I now use Chinese Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and Western Herbs for my treatment.

Babesia is a protozoan infection, though. Do you show any signs of Babesiosis?
