One day when I went to buy my Omega 3, the store was out as well! So I bought the OMega 3 - 6 - 9. I actually feel a difference in taking that rather than just the Omega 3 oil.
As others have said - magnesium is a pretty important nutrient to include in your treatment! Please don't quit taking it, unless your doc has told you to quit. It is essential in all kinds of body processes.
ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/magnesium "Early signs of magnesium deficiency include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and weakness. As magnesium deficiency worsens, numbness, tingling, muscle contractions and cramps, seizures (sudden changes in behaviors caused by excessive electrical activity in the brain), personality changes, abnormal heart rhythms, and coronary spasms can occur [1,3-4]. Severe magnesium deficiency can result in low levels of calcium in the blood (hypocalcemia). Magnesium deficiency is also associated with low levels of potassium in the blood (hypokalemia)"
Hope this helps a bit!!
