Happy Friday everyone!

I ordered some more Samento and Banderol from Nutramedix because I was almost out. With my order they gave me a choice of a free bottle of another product. I choose Pinella which is a brain-nerve cleanse and is supposed to help remove neurotoxins.

Anyway, last night before bed, I took 9 drops (you are supposed to take 10). I woke up this morning with the headache from H E double L! Also, I muscles or nerves have been twitching like crazy since I woke up this morning. I had to get up, take two tylenol and go back to bed.

Has anyone tried this? I'm not sure if I should keep up with it or not! On one hand I'm thinking yes, I should and on the other, I'm thinking maybe not. I googled this product this morning and found that Dr. Cowden's Lyme Protocol uses this. I had never read about this Dr. Cowden's protocol before...kind of interesting.

Anyway, anyone else tried it here?

I will be visiting my far infrared sauna this morning. This also causes me to herx. I'm just asking for trouble I guess today! ha ha

Hi, I use Pinella when I get a head-ache from die-off. It was recommended to me by a dr. I used to work with. I asked my current ND if it's ok, and she agreed that it was. I think it does help me with headaches and does not intensify them.

Maybe the worsening was the die-off?

Carrie - also, be careful of acetomenophen (Tylenol)...it negatively impacts the liver's and the body's ability to produce the ever-important glutathione. Try ibuprophen instead or even plain old aspirin as long as you do not have stomach issues with either of these.

Thanks Yazzer...I did not think about that! I still have a slight headache! Excedrin...here I come. I did my infrared sauna today too....I think I'm in for some good ole' herxing this weekend! Oh Joy!

My hubby and are I going to Lake Tahoe (last minute decision). Have a nice weekend!

Perhaps starting things off a little slower would be a good idea! I used the Pinella and did not have that kind of reaction. Hope your headache is gone now!

Good morning achieving, do you still use the pinella?? I am trying it for my headache reluctantly as with anything new. lol. Thanks.
