ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society) supports the same thoughts as the CDC on testing - it's not supposed to be used for diagnostic purposes, only to confirm an infection. A Bartonella infection does cause a lot of different symptoms with the eyes, but there is a whole list that goes along with it.
