Back in May, I was having lots of headaches and extreme fatigue so I decided to check my blood sugar at home and it was slightly
high. I have no risk factors for diabetes, and I eat very healthy foods 95% of the time. Fasting was 118 average and after meals 150+. A few times it was in the 260's after meals.
I tried changing some diet things, and it didn't go down, so I just kept eating normally and after a few months it went down by itself. I didn't check it again until I started feeling really poorly again in September to early November. It was then 60's fasting and 80's after meals.
Currently, I am having a lot of other symptoms, and it is steadily climbing again. It's back at 120 fasting.
Is this worth mentioning to a LLMD when I see one or is it inconsequential? It was unexplained by the family doctor.
