I think Flagyl has "set into motion" a pity party

no i havnt cut hair since august....im a "righty" which means i was mostly affected on my right side...and i do know some people are affected on both sides...i do have a few symptoms on my left but not many...but my right arm from my shoulder to my wrist feels like im carrying concrete....theres little range of motion...then when i took the flagyl...theres even less...lol...but even now...it feels better now than it did when i woke up this morning...i think that when i dont push my body tooo hard...it recovers faster...im glad i didnt take that last dose last night....but i am certainly impressed with the reaction from it.....i knew fighting lyme wouldnt be easy...but i would be suspicious after having it close to 20 years..if i didnt get reatcions like i did....so now my strategy is to detox as much as i can all week and then im only taking one a day til i can handle it....i feel i will be ok....but i do support anyone who does go the natural route....i support anyone going through this even if they feel like they have to dance around a campfire and paint theirselves pink to feel like they are being successful...and i think lymies and ones who have conquered lyme are the most amazing people i have had the priveledge in knowing....and any of you feel free to offer me suggestions...i may not remember what u say....but i know you guys are here to help...

I had tummy troubles with Flagyl to start with.

It settled down, but I made it better by doing a couple of things:

Eat your meal, let it settle for a while and then take it. And remain sitting down and in an upright position for about 20 minutes after.

Keep your meals very simple. And step up your detoxing regimen.

Drink kefir several times a day and even use it to "wash away" the taste of the Flagyl.

Make sure to take a potent Vitamin B complex every day.
