Not able to tell when Full? Extreme Exhaustion?

Background:

Okay, so I'm 2 months into treatment for Lyme. My symptoms before treatment were mostly related to my nerves (tingling, numbness, electric shocks), low fevers, and feel flu like. I've had two weird things in the past week that I was wondering if any of you have experienced.

Questions:

1) I've noticed the past week that I sometimes can't tell when I'm full. I will continue to eat or drink (water) because I neither feel hungry nor full, but then an hour later I am in pain from overeating. This isn't happening every day, but often enough to cause me concern. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it due to Lyme affecting the brain?

2) Around that same time I also became extremely fatigued again. If I would fall asleep for a little while, I would wake up and feel even worse- like so tired I was out of it and just a general sense of feeling *off*. It was the same in the evenings too- this weird tired that was so strange feeling that it concerned me. Has anyone experienced a scary exhausted half awake feeling?

Scarlet: Your symptoms of the nerve stuff is a lot like mine. Did you get a positive lyme test and have those issues resolved since starting treatment?
