Thanks all - yes, Denise, I had been an avid runner since back in 2002 when I lost 80 lbs (and kept it off!). I have actually been in good shape all my life except for about
an 8-year stretch from 1993-2001 - that was a tough time personally and a load of stress. You are right, aerobic exercise, if/when you can do it, is great for Lyme recovery I fully believe. But, you have to titrate the amount and how fast you build up based pon your own situatiuon!
Border - the colostrum - I got it based upon a doctor friend who is dealing with Lyme and EBV reactivation like me. It seems to be working but, again, I am doing other things and it's hard to assess just exactly how anyone thing is helping. I recommend colostrum in either powder or lozenge form (not capsules) as, in my research, it seems to work best when dissolve in the mouth and then ingetsted - very similar to it use in real life. I use the lozenges and the taste is rather nice - creamy/vanilla-like. Let me knw how it works for you!
