Looks like there are a lot of different herbal concoctions for Lung detox. Are you doing this for a particular reason, or just generally "house cleaning".

I have shrotness of breath and especially when i over exert myself... so I was just guna do it for general "house cleaning" lol

The shortness of breath could be a symptom of a Babesia infection. Have you been evaluated for it yet? You should check out a symptom list to see if you have any of the other symptoms.

Im waiting for Igenex to send my Dr back the CD57 and Lymes tests and fromwhat I undertsand the CD57 if it is low means co-infection ??????????      I tried to find the symptom list and cant do you know where there is one maybe ????????????

It has the Lyme symptom list and then further down, the symptom lists for co-infections.

Hi Traveler ~~~I found that site .. very interresting ... The 1 thing that caught my eye is that is says that CD57 is a time sensitive test and needs to be tested within 12 hours of the blood draw but yet my Dr had me send it to Igenex ona Monday and they didnt get it until Wed .. thats much past 12 hours..... What do you think about that ??????????

I think it's unfortunate when our docs don't follow the guidelines that are put out there. Of course if they had been truly following guidelines, most of us wouldn't be in the boat we are in now - because all of our docs would have known and followed the CDC's guidelines that tell docs not to base diagnosis of these infections on blood tests, but on symptoms!!

This is exactly why we tell members they really need to be their own health advocate! If we know these things, then we can help ensure that things are done in a more appropriate manner, including our treatment!

Thanks so much !!!! Well I got news for my Doc.. He might be re-doing the CD57 test through Lab corp then ... Which is odd cuz the other day my Doc did make the comment to me that we may have to have the CD57 done again through Lab corp... hhhmmm thats prolly why he said it and it makes me mad cuz I paid 100.and something dollars for Igenex to test CD57 and of all people that should know this test is time sensitive is Igenex..... My test are due back on Tuesday so we shall see..... FRUSTRATED FOR SURE!!!!!!!
