   Does anyone else have itchy feet?

I believe that is a sign of Bartonella, have you been screened for co-infections?

I get a lot of itching - in random spots, but it's always localized in one spot at a time. Just last night it was actually my right foot - incredibly itchy for hours. A few days before that it was my stomach, sometimes my arms, etc.

I think mine is from being mildly allergic to one of my abx (ceftin) - that might be something to keep an eye open about.

Parasites.

I had right foot itching terribly for years. It used to be the ball of my my footand then two toes. I remember driving and taking my shoe off all the time to
scrape the ball of my foot on the brake pedal.

It was maddness and the toes were inflamed.

this went on for over 10 years.

After I did the parasite medicine it all went away.

i had done parasite herbal cleanses constantly.
I even used oregano oil and all kinds of stuff.

6 week parasite liver cleanses.

The only thing that helped was the parasite MEDICINE from the
doctor.

I have bartonella also and have not been treated for it but the itchy foot thing
is gone.

I really do not get it why the parasite thing is not the first thing addressed
in lyme disease. It is the easiest thing to treat and gets results.

BUT..again I had the Metametrix stool test and paid almost $400.
I am not sure if they take insurance now but there are doctors that will not
trust any other test and it also tells you everything about the condition of your gut and your candida levels and if you have pancreatic insuffiency.

Flagyl is one of the medicines given for diatmebia fragiallis which is common in lyme people. I think this is one of the reasons people have such a hard time
with Flagyl because of the die off of the parasites and I think it attacks liver parasites too.

I never even took the flagyl because my doctor was saving it for later on because of the horrible side effects.

What I did take was Ivermectin for strongylides and one other drug for hook worm. I have to look that up if anyone is interested you can email me.

But again I think this should be one of the first things taken care of in lyme treatment. It is not a small side issue.

All my heart attack like gripping chest pains were gone after taking the ivermectin.
and the bomb that used to explode in my gut when ever I ate NEVER happens anymore.

The bloated belly is gone. I had this more than half my life.
All of it gone with less than a week of pparasite meds.

    Thanks for the information. I am thinking of asking for Flagyl at my next appointment. I had it early on and nearly croaked. It was before I knew I had Lyme disease.

     I stopped at my 3rd dose. Now I know why. Lis

From what I was told by two lyme doctors ..Ticks carry parasites and coinfections.

I don't think lyme itself is ever the only issue.

If you to to betterhealthguy.com there is a thing about parasites.

If you look on Klinghart. he talks about parasites

if you google lyme and parasites you will see all kinds of stuff.

At least the parasites are treatable and not with antibiotics.

I had strongylides and I do not own horses of ride horses.

it was from ticks and is very common.

no one ever looks or does again the right testing for this stuff.

This is the big issue that leaves everyone throwing darts at the wall.
No one knows what they are treating because there is no really 100%
RELIABLE TESTING.
