I've had issues with both mold and lyme for most of my life - SERIOUS floods multiple times a year...finally moving soon, thankfully.
While exposure to mold doesn't exactly make Lyme treatment any easier, it's not the end of the world. Check to see if you're allergic to mold (simple blood test) - that might alleviate some of your worry. As far as the toxic effects of mold, I'd say you have to step up your detoxing more than most - maybe consider taking something to help you eliminate toxins such as cholestyramine. Definitely give your doctor the head's up that mold might be an issue you have to deal with, and hopefully he/she will have some suggestions or advice.
It might help to do a lot of detoxing in the next 2 weeks before you start your treatment, that way you'll give your body a chance to eliminate any toxins that may have built up through mold exposure. Good luck!
