Hi All,
I thought I would post my experience after my massage. I had a 1 hour swedish massage and it was wonderful. I was so sleepy and relaxed I could barely do my last errand (grocery shopping) I couldn't wait to get home and lay down. I slept really great that night and I was afraid I wouldn't she was working some of my trigger points in my shoulder and hips and I thought I would be in so much pain that night, but oddly enough I wasn't. I was wondering if any of you have a recommendation for how often we should have a swedish massage to be beneficial for lyme. They offer deals if you sign a 1 year contract. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks, KO
